Do you enjoy spending a day, or half a day, exploring and experiencing Crete in a slightly different way? Mr. Routaki invites you to join him in his (rental) car and enjoy parts of the island near your accommodation. In exchange for your consent to be photographed as a model and to allow the photos to be used royalty-free, he will provide you with all sorts of funny and unique details, of course using his Audio Guided files (RAGiF’s) in the VoiceMap app.
Lunch will be covered by him, while special drinks will be at your own expense. Experience a day where you, along with others, are the center of attention—both literally and figuratively. The beautiful photos you take and those taken of you will be used on social media and participating websites. For example, the taverna owner or museum manager will also appreciate the beautiful photos we take in their establishment, knowing that there will be no issues with the privacy rights of the photos they use.
Let us know soon when you are in Crete and what your preferences are for places to visit or see.

Routaki on social media in 2009
This Routaki promotional video was made in 2009, YouTube only existed for a few years. It shows how the routes were printed in A4 copies and delivered in a plastic folder. You could order the route via text message and Mr. Routaki came to see you personally. A lot has changed since than. Nowadays we need Reels, preferable Memes and a lot of interactive video and photographs.
A win-win for all.
